Satiny frost and cartwheel luster over 100% of the fields and all but the highest tips of the design, where cabinet friction has interupted the flow. That is not to say the high points aren't lustrous; they are shiny with luster and not dull from wear, upon close inspection under a light! Truly an Uncirculated quality coin. Crisp features are well brought up, and the original soft rose, gold, and sea green whisps over the satiny luster are appealing. Bust halves were significantly affected by the 2009 slowdown; we paid $805 for this coin!
