1957 NGC / CAC MS67 Type B Reverse FS-901 25C ~ Finest Known Rarity! (bx11.280)

Luscious, bright satin frost over both sides, augmented by bursts of iridescent mint set color! The largely unnoted eagle gives a cool, cameo appearance to the reverse. Very rare variety this nice, with just 8 in MS67, and none finer. And Washington quarters are extremely difficult to get CAC stickered in MS67; just 5 1957 quarters, of all types, and of both PCGS and NGC slabs combined, have been CAC-stickered! Type B Quarters were struck with a Proof reverse die, which carried a slightly different design than those made for business strike coinage.
