Unbelievably luscious, delicate satin over blast white, glittering gem surfaces. Bold design elements for this late die state, and an easily recognizable RPM. Just 3 coins have been graded MS66 by NGC, and 12 at PCGS. None finer at either service, and the CAC sticker is the great equalizer, letting the world know that this monster is fully worthy of the MS66 grade.
