1964 NGC PF68* (STAR) Washington 25C ~ Black & White CAMEO Obverse! (bx121)

Incredibly beautiful, deep mirrors and snow white contrast. The obverse is fully CAMEO, and the mirrors are nearly Ultra/Deep Cameo quality. The frosting is just a touch light on the eagles wings, or it would have graded CAMEO. Pure white and exceptional, even for a common date.
